How to Boot from USB in VMWare

Until version 7.0  VMWare does not yet support directly boot through USB device. Of course this is very inconvenient if you must restart the computer just because you want to try a bootable USB flash disk
But there are a few tricks in order to boot directly from a USB device that is by using the PLop Boot manager. I will give way, follow these steps:
1. Download PLoP Boot manager here
2. Extract any where you want, eg. c:\plpbt-5.0.10
3. Sets of removable devices in the first place in the VMWare bios
4. Mount file plpbt.img (locat in plpbt-5.0.10 folder) as floppy (see picture)
5. Plug USB flash disk to USB port
6. Start VMWare, after boot menu shown, select USB (see picture) and than hit enter
